Current Workshop Series

Series 1: Freedom from Chronic Pain
1 Day Jumpstart 

An introduction to this highly effective, yet simple method of neuromuscular movement re-education and pain relief. This seminar is appropriate for any individual interested in learning about this work and seeing how it can benefit your life and work. In this one-day workshop, you’ll be introduced to the principles of BrainBodyFreedom, identify your areas of stress and pain, and learn how increase muscle function and movement for lasting pain relief. 

3 Day Intensive

A more intensive introduction to the principles of Integrated Awareness, Cortical Field Re-Education and The Feldenkrais Method. This seminar is appropriate for those in the movement or bodywork field, fitness trainers, physical therapists, massage therapists, or anyone seeking to learn how to incorporate Somatic principles into their primary practice - or their life!  If you have "tried everything" to relieve back, neck, shoulder or hip pain, and have only experienced short term relief, this special workshop will teach you how to achieve long-term pain relief and improved muscle function - whenever you need it.

Series 2: Freedom & Vitality Series
1 Day Jumpstart 

Building from the Level 1 series, this workshop is perfect for All Fitness Levels (AFL) and is a great way to continue using your brain's way of healing to feel better and prevent injury in your workout and everyday movement. This workshop will focus on freeing up your body's habitual response to accumulated stress. 

3 Day Intensive

This workshop builds from the Level 1 program and is an intensive look at postures like rounded, stooped shoulders and sunken chests, and how excessively arched lower backs can cause back, neck, shoulder and hip pain. In this workshop, you will learn Somatic Exercises and techniques that help to relax the back, waist, hips and legs that, when unconsciously and habitually contracted, contribute to limited mobility, muscle and joint pain.
